We currently ship to:

Shipping Timeframes
United Kingdom
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Processing Time: 1–2 working days
Total time = processing + delivery.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are shown at checkout and may vary based on:
- Order weight
- Order quantity
- Delivery location
We aim to keep shipping costs fair and transparent.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A confirmation email
- Tracking details (if available for your chosen service)
If you don’t receive a tracking email after 48 hours, reach out to us.
Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or fail.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is:
- Lost in transit
- Marked delivered but not received
- Delivered damaged
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and proof (photos for damaged items).
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
2. Return Policy
We want you to feel confident in every order. If something is not right, you can request a return within our policy rules.
Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
Returns after 15 days are not accepted, regardless of condition.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be unopened (seal intact)
- Item must be in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation)
We cannot accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used or opened products
- Items returned after 15 days
- Products damaged by misuse, improper storage, or handling
- Free gifts or promotional items
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:
- We sent the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
In these cases, we will cover return shipping or offer a replacement.
How to Request a Return

3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, you must:
- Return the unopened item (within 15 days)
- Place a new order
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
If your order has already shipped, you must follow the return process once it arrives.
